Sena Moran
Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Hi!  I am an online based licensed mental health counselor who provides convenient  mental health counseling and coaching, right from your own smart phone or home computer.  I want to offer you a safe space to work through things that are getting in the way of your greater success, without you having to go too far out of your way.

I have been licensed in the state of Florida since 2015.  I have 7 years of experience working as a mental health therapist, and 3 years as an online based therapist.  I work with adults from all backgrounds, and I specialize in treating anxiety disorders - particularly OCD and Agoraphobia - through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also have extensive experience working with mood disorders and trauma as well as working with those struggling with life as an expat. The following are areas that I have experience in:

My approach of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy often helps my clients find relief and progress within the first 2 sessions. You can expect my approach to be person centered, solution focused, and highly collaborative.

If you are finding yourself having a hard time getting out of your house (Agoraphobia), or focusing beyond intrusive thoughts and impulsions (OCD), you have come to the right place. Don’t let these symptoms keep you trapped and living a life that isn’t yours- reach out to me today to find out how I can help you.

You can book a video session with me for what would most closely resemble a conventional face-to-face, in person therapy or coaching session.

For even more convenience, I also offer telephone sessions.  You will simply provide me your phone number and I will call you at our scheduled time.  This way you are not tied down to an internet connection and don't have to worry if you aren't ready to work face to face.

Not ready to talk face to face, or by phone?  No problem.  We can start a live texting session instead.

Weekly Messaging Package

If you aren't looking for mental health counseling by way of scheduled sessions, we can instead message back and forth for a week at a time for therapeutic guidance and progress.
